I thought I'd re-visit a program that I used to do a couple of years ago as it was a total leg and glute destroyer. As I've been working out at home for almost a year and obviously don't have a leg extension machine and hamstring curl, I did the following:
Squats x 6 sets, Front Squats x 4 sets, Walking Lunge w/ Dumbbell x 30 steps x 4 sets, Stiff
